Welcome to our handy little FAQ page. We should have covered all the basics, but if you have another question, please don't hesitate to ask! Simply drop us an email at sales@unitybrewingco.com, and we will get back to you.
Delivery Dates
Delivery is every Thursday via overnight courier every week, or free of charge within 40 miles of the brewery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free within 40 miles of the brewery for both kegs and cases.
For everywhere else, we charge a flat fee of £8 for cases, and £5 for 1-2 kegs, and £10 for 3+ kegs via overnight courier.
How to Pay
You can pay one of two ways, either up front via our website; or via Direct Debit, which gives you 10 days credit via GoCardless. Simply follow the link to register.
Can I Pre-order Beers?
Yes of course! New beers are released on the site on Mondays, and via our weekly mailer. When beers are available to pre-order, we will send out a link to everyone on our mailing list. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at sales@unitybrewingco.com
Split Cases
We offer handy 12x440ml packs you can mix and match on all of our seasonal and special beers, allowing you to have a wider selection of fresh Unity beers, without the commitment of a full case!
Please note we do have a minimum order of 48 cans, i.e four 12x440ml cases.
Social Media Assets & Tap Badges
Want to promote your tasty new Unity beers on social media? Please do! You can find and download images of all of our beers in our Image Library.
Also if you have lost your Unity beer badge, don't fret! Drop us an email at sales@unitybrewingco.com and we will get a new one sent out to you. In the meantime, you can download a printable version of the badge to keep you going until it arrives.
Returns & Damages
It doesn't happen often, but if your beer does arrive damaged, or something is wrong with our beer, please get in touch with us at sales@unitybrewingco.com. We will get it sorted straight away, and get you a replacement out for next day delivery.
